Program Overview

As part of a competitive strategic sourcing event that included a cross functional committee of key departmental stakeholders, preferred supplier agreements were established with six (6) firms to provide website development services. The committee identified the final cohort for its ability to deliver the best quality, service, and overall value to the institution.

Please keep the below procurement requirements in mind when engaging the preferred suppliers:

• For projects < $250k spend, if using 1 of 6 preferred suppliers, no additional quote/solicitation required
•  For projects > $250k spend, need quotes from at least 2 of the 6 preferred suppliers
