The University of Chicago has invited you to submit a proposal for roof repair services, as further described in the Scope of Work. The University intends to select one or more Contractor(s) to provide the services.
Roof repair services are performed on an emergency basis as needed and selected contractors will be prioritized by a combined consideration of cost and availability. It is the University’s desire to have one or two prime contractors who can meet our needs on a regular basis, with potentially one or two specialty or back-up contractors. Many University jobs may require immediate attention with complete or full repairs to be performed at a later date.
