RFQ for Security Software Solutions

The University of Chicago is seeking responses from qualified partners to assist in security software solutions. As part of CTDS ISO's information security and risk responsibilities, the team requires a dynamic and robust cybersecurity solution to assist with our varied security operations, threat management, threat intelligence, and mitigation activities.

We are seeking a partner(s) who can work with the Center for Translational Data Science (CTDS) to develop a solution that meets business requirements.      Please be advised that the requested services associated with this order are subject to change, as a portion of the total requested is subject to funding approval under a Federal Contract. The University will notify you in writing in the event any changes to this order are necessary due to a denial of funding under the aforementioned Federal Contract.

Below are the Security Solution Requirements (One or all): that we are seeking from a partner(s):
1. SIEM and/or SOAR Solution
2. End Point Protection Solution (Laptop, EndPoint, Cloud Environments)
3. Cloud Security (Inventory, Baseline Configuration, Workload and Container Security Management, Identity, Network, etc.)

All solutions quotes should be for FedRAMP compliance environments, where available. Firms may respond to all of the requirements or just a portion of the requested requirements.

Response Timeline:
November 29: RFQ issued
December 1: Questions from vendors due 4 PM CST
December 2: Answers provided to vendors
December 3: Responses due 5 PM CST
 
Bidders are responsible for all costs of producing the proposal and submitting it on time. Bidders are encouraged to email the proposal with enough advance time so receipt can be confirmed within the deadline.
