Glazing and related services are performed on an emergency basis as needed and selected contractors will be prioritized by a combined consideration of cost and availability. It is the University’s desire to have one or two prime contractors who can meet our needs on a regular basis, with potentially one or two specialty or back-up contractors. Many University jobs will require immediate temporary glass with exact replacement of the building specific glass to be performed at a later date.
