The Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and services as specified in the construction drawings and specifications prepared by MEPIS Inc. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Complete project scope can be determined by reviewing the contents of both the provided bid drawings (from MEPIS) as well as the owner’s project specific clarifications. Main renovation goal of this phase is to upgrade existing wet lab R122 for (3) new Pathology recruits. Other work areas for this phase include renovation of new dry space R119, renovation of existing offices R112 & R114, and replacement of autoclave in R123. Overall scope at renovation areas includes replacement of finishes including paint, ceilings, flooring and wall base. Fixtures and devices to be upgraded as indicated on the bid documents. HVAC controls to be upgraded to DDC and modified to serve new spaces. Window treatments to be replaced as indicated on bid documents. North end room condition at floor above (R219 and R222) to be replicated in this phase at R119 and R122. Owner’s contractors & vendors have begun procurement of materials. GC to provide provisions for Owner’s contractors as indicated on bid documents. Site-visit required June 30, 2023 |
