The Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and services as specified in the construction drawings and specifications prepared by MEPIS Inc. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Complete project scope can be determined by reviewing the contents of both the provided bid drawings (from MEPIS) as well as the owner’s project specific clarification. Renovation goal is to upgrade all finishes, fixtures and devices including re-finishing interior wood doors. Renovation will also open up meeting area and kitchenette area as one large open area. Scope includes addressing existing moisture issues at exterior wall as well as removal of abandoned components and outdated devices. Existing light fixtures will be re-used as they were replaced recently. New AV systems for open meeting area will be by Owner. New furniture systems for all project areas are by Owner.
