BSD DACC Conference Room and Corridor Renovation

BSD- This project is for the Department of Anesthesia & Critical Care (DACC). Project will consist of a phased renovation of four existing 4th floor corridors located within the following buildings: Armour (E4), FMI (i4), Goldblatt (G4) and Hicks (O4). Renovation goal is to upgrade the corridor finishes, fixtures and devices. Areas in front of elevators and stairwells will need to be expedited via premium time work in order to maintain regular egress. Offices and common areas access via each corridor will be unoccupied and closed for the duration of the work in that respective corridor. Spaces on the floors above and below are occupied and active.

Scope of Services

The Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and services as specified in the construction scope documents as prepared by BSD Facilities Services. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Complete project scope can be determined by reviewing the contents of the provided scope plans, phasing plans and project specific clarifications. Renovation goal is to upgrade corridor finishes, fixtures, and devices in phases. Abatement will be required in certain areas and will be by Owner. GC to assist with coordination of phasing and ICRA provisions to smoothly transition the project through the included corridor areas.
