The University of Chicago (“University”) is soliciting a Request For Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified Suppliers for the management and operation of its Hyde Park University Bookstore Café’ the café is located on the first floor of the Bookstore Building on the corner of Ellis Avenue and 58th Street with an outdoor seating courtyard. It is the University’s intent to award a three (3) year contract with two additional one (1) year renewal options.
