The University of Chicago ("University"), on behalf of its Laboratory Schools ("Lab"), is soliciting a Request for Proposal ("RFP") to qualified Suppliers to sell promotional products through an online retail website. Promotional Products are defined as items marked with a Lab emblem, logo, insignia, or other identifying mark ("Products"). The successful Supplier shall be granted a license to sell the Lab-branded Products included in this RFP. The successful Supplier ("Supplier") will be expected to maintain a website allowing for the general public to make individual purchases for personal use.
