Purpose: To establish responsibility for investments reporting.
- The preparation of periodic investment reports is the joint responsibility of Financial Services and the Office of Investments. Financial Services is responsible for providing detail transaction information from the accounting system. The Office of Investments is responsible for specific investment performance information.
- Investment reports issued to donors, beneficiaries and interested parties on individual trust funds, which includes tax information, are the responsibility of Financial Services. These reports will be prepared in consultation with the Offices of Investments and Development, as appropriate, and the University's custodian bank.
