To avoid any conflict or appearance of conflict between the University's interests and any personal interest an employee may have, Procurement Procedure No. 1.11 will be followed by all University staff who are directly involved with certain procurement initiatives. This is done in the interest of satisfying Federal Government requirements contained in OMB Circular A-110 as well as being a prudent business practice.
